Finally a perfect weather window for a 3 day crossing of Ball Pass near Mount Cook. The route took in Caroline Ridge (below the Caroline Face of Mt Cook) and the hut of the same name. Not named after my Caroline, of course. Here she takes in the stunning views. Mt Sefton behind.
